One-bed flat required

I am looking for a 1-bed flat for a month from 10 September to 9 October. My parents are visiting London and we need the flat for them. I live in Forest Hill, hence looking for a place that is in the vicinity.

I am a 48 year old woman from India. I am a development sector professional working with a climate justice organisation. I moved from a full time to a 50% role recently to be able to pursue my MA in Children's Literature from Goldsmiths College.

My parents are in their mid-70s, while both of them are healthy and active, climbing stairs is a bit difficult for my mother. Hence we are looking for a flat which has step-free access.

They are the old-school, are disciplined in their ways and keep the house clean and tidy.
