One-bed flat required

I am looking for a bright one-bed flat for myself. I need to move in to the flat by 10 September. I am currently sharing a flat with two others in Forest Hill, but now I'd like a separate space for myself.

I am a 48 year old woman from India. I have been in London since last October. I am a development sector professional working with a climate justice organisation. I disciplined in my habits and keep the house clean and tidy. I am responsible-minded and manage all the necessary payments etc. on a timely basis.

Due to a recent surgery on my knee I would prefer a flat with step-free access. I prefer to stay in and around Forest Hill/Honor Oak/Crofton Park/Brockley
