Professional looking for a Buddy Up or Room in Oct
Hey everyone! My name is Philip 😊
I currently work full-time as a coffee trader in London and am looking to move into a new place towards the end of October. I am ideally looking to buddy up with someone to find a nice 2-bed flat, or move into an existing 2-bed with one other flatmate. I am also open to 3-bed flats!
I work five days a week in King’s Cross, so I am pretty flexible on location across Zones 1 and 2, as long as there is good Tube access and a reasonable commute. My budget is ideally around £1,100 per month including bills, although I am happy to have a conversation depending on the place.
My job also involves travelling from time to time to coffee-growing countries, so you may occasionally get the flat to yourself! And if you are into coffee, I can definitely keep you stocked with fresh coffee from different origins around the world ☕️🌍
A little about me — I am friendly, sociable, easygoing and respectful of people’s privacy and personal space. I am still quite new to London and would love to continue meeting new people, making friends and exploring more of the city.
I have become great friends with my current flatmate, who was also keen to explore London and meet new people. We have ended up hanging out a lot together and with our group of friends, and it has made living together much more enjoyable. I would love to find something similar again, someone who enjoys having their own life and space but is also up for doing things together occasionally, whether that is heading to the pub, going for a hike, checking out a gig, exploring somewhere new, or just cooking a nice dinner at home, watching Netflix and having a bottle of wine.
Outside of work, I am quite sporty and enjoy football, racquet sports( have played 🎾tennis my whole life )the gym and hiking. I also love good food, dinners out, drinks, movies and generally finding new things to do around London. I enjoy having a relaxed and sociable home, but I am definitely not someone who throws big parties or constantly has people over.
Don’t feel shy — feel free to message! I am more than happy to have a chat, hear what you are looking for and see if we could make something work together 😊
