Room Wanted (Early June)

Hi there! My name’s Gráinne and I’m originally from Ireland but have been living in London for the past 6 years. I’m currently in a short term rental and need a place to live from the beginning of June.

🏡 What I’m looking for:

I’m looking for a double room in London, within walking distance to a train station and with good transport links to central. Would ideally only be for a few months until my partner and I find a place together. Bills included preferably. Zones 1-3 only.

I’m happy to live with pet-owners, but am not comfortable sharing with smokers, sorry!

👩🏻‍🦰 A little bit about me:

I am a graphic designer working full time in film, and I work from home about 2/3 days a week. But due to the nature of my job I’m rarely in calls and would be working quietly in my room, you’ll hardly know I’m there a lot of the time!

I mostly keep to myself, but I’m always up for a chat when using communal areas, or if you ever need to vent about a long day at work. I’m not a party kind of person, but I do love theatre trips to the west end so might come home late once in a while. On nights in, however, I’m likely taking it slow with a good book and a cup of tea!

I am a non-smoker and don’t drink often, I’ve also been a vegan for 11 years so I would prefer a plant-based household, or just someone who respects my boundaries when it comes to meat.

I’m also looking for a place that would be okay with my partner coming to visit on occasions, but he also lives in London so would never be for long periods of time. I often stay with him over weekends, so you’d have plenty of opportunities to have the flat to yourself!
