I’m looking for a lovely en-suite room (non-negotiable) and am hoping to move at the end of June or early July due to an ongoing leak issue in my current accommodation. I’m looking for a more permanent, long-term home (no sublets) where I can settle comfortably.

Ideally somewhere in South West or West London — areas like Wandsworth, Southfields, Putney, Clapham, Battersea, Streatham, or Fulham would be perfect!

I’m Nabi, mid-20s, working full-time in customer service. I’m tidy, friendly and easy-going — I love a cosy, peaceful home but I’m also always up for a chat or a movie night.
My hobbies include reading, crocheting, cinema trips, beach days and trying new noodle spots 🍜😊

💰 Budget: up to £1,100 pcm (bills included)
📅 Move-in date: End of June / early July
🚇 Zones: Preferably 2–3 with good transport links

* En-suite only
* Ideally sharing with 2–3 people max
* No live-in landlord or landlady
* No pets
* A room with a large wardrobe and enough space for a desk/table and chair (for working from home)

I’m also open to buddying up and flat-hunting together if anyone’s in a similar position and looking for something long-term in these areas.
