25 year old for a double room asap
In need to find an asap as current tenancy ends on 4/7.
Currently job seeking but earn significant additional income through dividends & have a large amount of savings and have never had an issue paying rent+bills (rented for 2 years).
I’m a pretty laid guy, enjoy a night at the pub but not a big party animal and very respectful of others.
Ideally would prefer people around my own age but not an issue if not.
