Young whippersnapper looking for roommates or room

Hello I'm Peter. I want to move to the area. I'm a chill guy (not at all neurotic), I'm stagnating at my dad's house help me out. My body is dissolving. I'm becoming one with the sofa. I need agency. I need purpose. No but on a serious note all I ask is that you're fairly tidy and quietish, although that may seem slightly hypocritical of me when you hear the soft sound of a flute emanating from downstairs at 8am. Joking of course 🙈.
