30 yr old Canadian female seeking place to live :)

Hi!! My name is Asia, and I am from Victoria, BC, Canada! I am moving to the UK (Manchester) on February 1st, 2026 and looking for a place to rent. I’m flexible on roommates, I have no pets and no car! I am allergic to dogs though 🥲

A bit about me: I’m 30 years old, female (she/her), I am pretty extroverted but also like my alone time, I love hanging with friends, going for coffee & walks, travelling, markets, pottery, art, music, movies, sunsets and just being outside in general!

I am very tidy and clean, super chill and pretty much always down for whatever! Plus I’ve never been to Manchester, so would love someone who is down to show me their fav spots!!

My budget is £800 pcm (or less), including bills, but could be flexible for the right place! Looking for somewhere close to city centre, or close to a train or bus for easy transport as I don’t have a car!

This is my first time ever living in a different country, and I’m very excited but also a bit nervous!! I currently have a job in government in Canada, and am currently looking for a job in Manchester, but I do have enough savings to last the year!

Would love to find a place for myself or with like-minded chill and fun people!
