Double Room Required - start of July

Hey I’m Tyler, I’m 28 and looking to buddy up with someone to move into an apartment together or if anyone is looking for someone to fill a vacant room.

I have lived in Manchester City Centre for almost seven years, I am currently in New Islington so somewhere around here or Ancoats/NQ would be ideal but I am open to other areas for the right apartment.

I am looking for a double room with an en-suite in a more modern apartment hopefully with amenities in the building.

I am a manager in the NHS and work in the office Monday to Friday at Wythenshawe Hospital. I am very social and enjoy going out for drinks but equally like a chilled night in.

I’m looking for someone that will be respectful of the shared spaces in our prospective apartment and will be happy to do their bit equally to maintain them.

Ideally I’m looking to find a working professional, who is happy to socialise, but understands the importance of being respectful of each other’s space. That said, it would be great to meet someone that feels comfortable and confident enough to suggest the occasional night in to binge a series, or catch up over some wine.

My current tenancy ends on 02/07/2026.
