Quiet Lodger Seeking Peaceful Room

I am a woman, artist, looking for a long term peaceful loft room or quite back room in Guildford, but I am open to other areas with a living landlord or retired homeowner, ALL INCLUSIVE OF BILLS, 7 days x week flexible on rent for the right fit. I have been living happily with my current landlord in Guildford for the past four years, but due to changes in their circumstances I am now looking for new accommodation.
My routine is very steady:
I am caring part-time usually from midday onwards, from 6pm I am generally online doing art classes at home so evenings are quiet. I am also into fitness, going to the gym and book clubs.
I batch‑cook once a week, so I’d need a bit of freezer space and a landlord who doesn’t mind light, organised cooking.
I have several plastic storage containers with art materials, books, and clothes that I keep neatly stacked against a wall, so a landlord who is flexible about this would be appreciated.
I’m happy to do a trial stay so we can both see if we’re a good fit.
