Hi, I’m Gemma, a “young” 40 year old who has house-shared for the last 6 years semi-rurally and need closer proximity to life and amenities now, as well as landlady converting the current house for a single family. Raised in Essex/Herts area & love it here.

I try to live simply, am a flexitarian, do enjoy my own company/studies except for a nice chat over a tea/home projects or a nature walk (with a hot drink stop) or a purposeful day out. Anyone seriously interested in starting a veg patch??

Currently saving up for big travels at the end of the start 2027, all being well, even though it’s been a long time coming hence a maximum 3 year rental required.

Quite the homegirl atm…Acoustic guitar improver and singing. Love a spiritual gathering /documentary /art gallery/ city visits/ the coast/ plants / cooking from scratch/ travelling anywhere new, perhaps with new housemates with like-minds..
