Four Female Students Looking for a 4 Bedder!

Hello all!
My 3 female friends and I (19-20) are looking for a flat for the 4 for us to call home, preferably central-north London. 3 of us are second years at CSM university and myself a working professional.

We are all clean and respectful individuals, most of which have been renting for years. We’re a quiet-friendly bunch who are very study focused and are very keen in finding our perfect flat!

For the must haves,

Only 4 bedrooms!! We would love for it to just be the four of us in the flat. Need Wifi, a washing machine, and preferably a living room.
Obviously would love to have a balcony/patio to read in the sun but understand it’s a want not a need!
Our budget is £950 each/month bills included.
We are also looking for a 9 month contract!

The place must be furnished!

Move in September 1st.
