Hi, we're very interested in this max 2-bed flat and would like to arrange a viewing.
My friend works full-time and would take the other room.

Just the two rooms?
Would you be able to do two separate tenancy agreements, one per person? I need my own tenancy showing my individual room.
We're looking in Zone 2/3, close to a tube (max 15 min walk), budget up to £1,800/month combined.
