Looking for double room

DOUBLE ROOM REQUIRED with parking. Single 40 year old male currently residing in temporary accommodation. Searching for a landlord who will accept initial payment from the council (bond/1st months rent). I am due to start a new full time permanent job within the next month so would therefore be paying the rent independently from that time forward. Experienced and mature social care professional who has fallen on a difficult time recently but need to find a comfortable place from which to rebuild. Long shot on here with this ad but worth a shot and more than happy to chat further.
