I am looking for an independent room with good privacy. The room must be separate and private, with at least a private bathroom (ensuite preferred). The kitchen can be shared, but I need my own personal bedroom space. I am open to either an independent unit or a shared house, as long as the bedroom and bathroom are separate and private. Clean, quiet, and comfortable living conditions are important to me.
