Looking for a room to rent

Hello, I’m Alex, 29, m.
I’m currently living in Hove and coming up to the end of my tenancy, so am looking for a room to rent in the Lewes area.
I would describe myself as very chilled, easy-going and sociable; always up for a chat while appreciating my own space etc. Into all things creative (books, music, art, film) or outdoors (very active); love nature - always out for walks/hikes/swims. I go to the gym/run daily and tend to keep very healthy.
Before moving to Hove I travelled for two years in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and I would love to travel more when the time is right.
I work as a carpenter around 4 days a week, so will be out during those days, and I normally like to visit my parents at the weekend.
I have owned my own house in the past and have shared many houses with many people, so I value cleanliness and being respectful of other peoples space.
