New Chapter

Relocating. I know Shrewsbury pretty well through regular visits to my “bestie” 😊 and having worked just outside town previously. I’ve flat-shared few times, both females, back in my 30’s. I’m young at heart for my age but it would be nice to find a flat mate 40 years + and preferably female. A spacious double room. Furnished or partly. Be nice to make it my own whilst keeping within any rules. Private bathroom or en-suite be ideal but not apposed to sharing. Appliances: washing machine and dryer. Shared kitchen and living space would be fine. Allows for bit of conversation.😊 It’s more dependant on location (close to T. C) and public transport for me as I don’t drive.
You’ll find me quiet to start with but sociable and a sense of humour, once I come out my shell. I’m clean and tidy in all areas of my present living space so that will be transferred to any new space. It would be nice to get to know you if you are a live-in landlord but everyone likes their own space. I do. I will fully respect that, your privacy, contents of your home as I would appreciate the same. As a tennant/flatmate I will respect and follow the rules given to me by you as landlord/owner of the property. 😊
