I am looking for a room

Hello,

I hope you're doing well and that the new year has been good to you so far.

I am posting this ad as I am looking for a room or a flat/house share with a reliable and respectful housemate.

I work in a children's home and will be away at least once a week when I stay there over night.

I have a 7 year old (going on 21 year old) daughter who stays with me every other weekend. We mainly go out and do things but sometimes we like to chill and watch movies or play video games, we a love a good book too.

I need room enough for my desk and my bits and bobs but the place doesn't have to be massive.

Please give me a shout if you're okay with all of the above. Id prefer a nice laid back, reliable person who will be there to split bills on time and not be drunk and loud every night lol!
