I work 5 to 6 days per week. Quiet and easy going. Sociable with weekends relaxing and sometimes away visiting friends and family.
Will require safe parking for 1 small Peugeot partner type van.
I’m a property defect surveyor with a plastering trade background. Looking for a safe, secure and quiet property/accommodation to rent.
All bills included would be easier but not really a problem.
Must have parking ensuite and quiet sort of area.
Ideally bedsit/studio,1 bedroom single storey apartment /annexe or granny flat.
If sharing, with 1 or 2 others at most.
