Room / Houseshare or Buddyup in Derry City

Hello, my name is Conor and I'm looking for a room or house / flat share in Derry City.

I'm a very positive, calm and respectful housemate. I'm a good mix of introverted and extroverted; I love my own space, and am very content on my own, but can quite easily get chatting away and spend an evening losing track of time occasionally if my roommates are social.

Hobbies wise I love swimming / video games / board games with friends / going to the cinema / going for walks or to the beach / tennis & badminton etc.

Some logistical bits about me are: I do not smoke / or drink alcohol. I don't have any pets, nor do I currently own a car. Looking for a place to stay longer term ideally, all going well / we get along etc.

I also work remotely 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) - I am very happy to do so in my bedroom so as not to take up communal space.

Languages wise I am fluent in: English, BSL & ISL. Just for clarification, I am not deaf.
