Room / Houseshare or Buddyup in Derry City

Hello, my name is Conor and I'm looking for a room or house / flat share in Derry City.

I'm a very positive, calm and respectful housemate. I'm a good mix of introverted and extroverted: I love my own space, and am very content on my own, but can quite easily get chatting away and spend an evening losing track of time occasionally.

Hobbies wise I love swimming / video games / board games with friends / going to the cinema / going for walks or to the beach / petting random dogs or cats that walk by etc. (this drove my ex boyfriend crazy, walks took so long when there were too many 🐕 or 🐈)

Some logistical bits about me are: I do not smoke / or drink alcohol. I don't have any pets, nor do I currently own a car. Looking for a place to stay longer term ideally, all going well / we get along etc.

I also work remotely 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) - room size permitting, I am very happy to do so in my bedroom so as not to take up communal space.

Languages wise I am fluent in: English, BSL & ISL. Just for clarification, I am not deaf.
