Looking for two double rooms

I’m a 26-year-old professional female currently working at a university in London, and my friend is soon-to-be Warwick graduate. We’re looking for 2 double bed rooms.

What I’m looking for:
• 💷 Budget: Up to £1,000 per month (bills included) for each person
• 📍 Location: Zone 1–3, ideally under 35 minutes to central London
• 🛏️ Furnished double room (a desk is essential)
• 🚿 En-suite preferred, or shared bathroom with no more than 2 others
• 🏡 A professional, clean, tidy, and friendly household
• ❌ Please no smoking, no pets (sorry 😣)

We’re reliable with rent, respectful of shared spaces, and looking to move in as soon as possible for the right place (Ideally from 1st July 2026).
