New to Area - Looking for Space for me
Ideally I'd like a double room with en suite, in a new or modern house with all mod cons, in a nice quiet area, close to, or in, countryside. With amenities shops etc close by, and good transport links preferably a short walk away. If this happened that would be amazing and would be very well looked after by myself as if was my own.
I am usually quite quiet, polite, socialble and well mannered. I can cook and BBQ - and always clean up after myself as I am well house trained. As a flatmate I would say I am normal, pleasant and friendly and can fit in.
