46y.o. professional seeking room nr Green Park

I live in Devon with my family, but my job is based at Green Park, so I typically spend 2-3 days a week in Reading. I have rented the same double room in Reading since 2018, but my landlady’s circumstances have changed so she will soon need her spare room back for her own use.

I generally work fairly long days while I’m up in Reading and often go to the gym or for a run after work, so I’m pretty unobtrusive as a flatmate (and clean/tidy!).

My budget is quite flexible depending on the room and the location. My absolute ideal would be a quiet, sizeable en-suite double room sharing with one other friendly flatmate, within a 15min walk of Green Park and with a car parking space - but I won’t be sticking rigidly to that wishlist!
