I'm looking for an ensuite room in Manchester. A little about me: I'm a Garment Technologist and Designer relocating to Manchester for a new job, starting in August. I'm tidy, quiet, professional, and easy to live with.
A few questions if you don't mind:
* Is the room still available, and is it en suite?
* What is the monthly rent, and are all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband) included?
* What deposit is required, and is there any admin/holding fee?
* What's the minimum tenancy length?
* When is the room available to move in from?
* Who else lives in the property, and is it professionals or students?
* Is it furnished?
* How far is the nearest Metrolink stop or bus route?
