Looking for a SW room in July!

Hi everyone
 
I’m Azfar, a soon to be 23 year-old Civil Engineering graduate moving down from Edinburgh to start a full‑time role in July. My office is in Epsom, so I’m looking for a room within walking distance of Clapham Junction, Balham Station or Wimbledon Station.
 
A bit about me:
• I’m tidy and respectful – one of those odd people that find doing the dishes therapeutic
• I go to the gym often throughout the week, play football whenever I can (even though I’ve been compared to Yannick Bolasie if there was nobody else on the pitch) and enjoy watching the formula one
• Pretty extroverted — always up for a chat and spontaneous trips, however I also respect people’s space and alone time.
 
💷 My budget is around £1000 pcm (including bills), with some flexibility for the right place or the right flatmates.
