2 single rooms wanted in Southampton /1bed flat

I am looking for 2 single rooms or 1 bedroom flat for me and my brother. We are 2 persons neat and tidy, also quiet. We'we been working at Tesco Distribution Centre in Southampton for the last 9 years and lived in the same home for the last 9 years too, a house found on this website. We share the house with a landlady at the moment.
What we are looking for is a house/flat with broadband ,fridge, washing machine and all bills included. We don't need a tv since we don't watch tv and we don't cook. 5 days a week we spend around half the day at work.
