Studio Flat or En Suite Room ( DSS top up)

I am looking for a self contained studio flat for myself to rent in preferably South/Southeast London. I have a permanent job working part time Mondays to Fridays as a cleaner in a school 4-7pm in Blackheath since December 2023. I am a Spanish speaker and I am attending an English Course. I have settled EU status. My girlfriend is English and will help me with the application process as I am still learning English. I have given her contact details this reason.

I am receiving Universal Credit which tops up my salary to allow me to pay my rent. I am currently renting a studio flat in an HMO in Plumstead since January 2026. I was previously renting a room with a family from 2017. I am looking for a self contained studio flat as currently in the HMO l share a communal kitchen with 5 other tenants who do not keep this area clean and tidy. There are also tenants that do not work that are noisy and display antisocial .

I receive Universal Credit which usually pays most of my rent (£1,050) directly to my landlord. l sometimes have to contribute a small amount to my landlord between £11 -£25 from my wages. I am responsible for paying my own electricity bill monthly. My girlfriend will help me with the application process and any advance payments required.

I am a mature person, reliable and I always pay my rent and bills ontime. I can also provide references from my current and and previous landlords to this effect. I am also very neat and tidy.
