Looking for 1 buddy + 2-3 bedroom house

I am an IT (DevOps) professional, very sociable and friendly, a relatively quiet person although I do like listening to music every now and again. I like PC gaming, pub quizzes, deep chats, and am sports oriented - gym and martial arts.

I value cleanliness and tidyness above anything else and looking for someone with similar values.
I am open to pets as well (providing that they are well cared for).

Looking for renting a whole 2-3 bedroom house with 1 other person (buddy-up) - ideally with a living room and garden (but not hard stops).
I am interested ideally in Cambridge North but can be flexible about it around Cambridge.
I am looking to move in by the end of the year around November - December.

A must have is good Internet as I work mostly from home with a couple days in the office, a decent sized kitchen with enough storage space and basic appliances, washing machine and a decent sizes bathroom with basic storage.
Ideally my bedroom should enough space for a desk and chair, 1 wardrobe and 1 set of drawers at a minimum.
Also, if there is no dryer available, there should be enough space for drying laundry either in my room or in the shared living room.
Ideally there would also be a garden and parking space (planning to get a motorbike) but they are not a must.

Most of the above are kind of what I am looking for but they are not hard stops, I am willing to discuss things and compromise.
