Hi! I'm an ultra clean (way beyond typical) and quiet, respectful guy with references, relocating from the awesome forests of Sweden to my homeland UK! I'm an employed astronomy educator and camp leader for kids. The boring stuff: professional male aged 39 (but my best friends are 23+! I love connecting with all ages and like to think I can mix with students just as well as octogenarians :D) looking for a single or double room. I am available to move right away and have a budget of £1100pcm as long as the room can also host my partner when she's with me.

She will stay some months with me and some abroad but would like the full flexibility to be able to stay together too. So a double room or independent space would be great! My partner is highly educated and used to be a lawyer but is now launching her own organisation. We have references from Airbnb and we own our own home in Sweden so know the responsibilities that come with taking care of a home, caring for expenses and utility consumption, and really treating it with respect. Would love to find a friendly and respectful landlord as well.

Ideally looking for a live-out landlord for independent space :)
