Looking for someone to buddy up/ en-suite room

I’m 26 and work as a software engineer from home. I’m pretty chill, not a party person, and I value a calm, respectful living environment. I’m ideally looking to live with someone similar who’s considerate and helps keep the apartment clean and well looked after.

I do have a cat who would be moving with me, so being okay with pets is important. I’d also need a decent-sized room, as I have a desk with monitors and work-from-home setup.

Location-wise, I’m looking around Manchester city centre areas like Ancoats, Salford, Old Trafford, and nearby. I don’t have a car at the moment, so parking isn’t a requirement for me.

My budget is up to £900 per month, including bills.

In terms of moving dates, ideally I’d move in on the 1st of March to avoid overlapping rent, but I’m flexible. I only need to give one month’s notice, and for the right property I’d be happy to pay extra days to move in earlier if needed.
