Professional looking for en suite or studio ASAP

I am a professional in Newcastle looking for a new property to move into by the 14th August. I am looking for a single or double room. I am willing to pay up to £600 for a decent spacious en-suite or up to £700 for a studio. I am available to move from 7-14th August. I prefer good broadband due to my work. I would also need to be located with good and convenient transport links to the city centre and cobalt business park.
