Studio flat or bedsit wanted

I am looking for a studio flat or a bedsit. A bedsit would have to be spacious to fit my stuff in. I have no preference of male or female as long as they are like me, respectful, easy going, clean and tidy. I am currently out of work with a view to going back to work once I secure a home. I am looking for properties upto 450 per month. Can provide deposit if this would be required. Also reference if that would be required. I can view any time an can also move in straight away.
