Professional looking for double room from 1 August

Hi! I’ve recently moved to Glasgow for work and I’m now looking for a double room in a friendly, relaxed household where people are respectful and easy to get along with.

I work for Glasgow Museums in the Natural History department, and I’m usually in the office but have the option to work from home up to 2 days a week.

I’m clean, tidy, quiet, and considerate, and while I enjoy a chat over a cup of coffee or the occasional shared meal, I’m not really into partying. I like having a home that feels comfortable and peaceful.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, socialising, hiking, exploring Glasgow, going to gigs, and the cinema - a good mix of being out and about and having quiet time at home.

My partner lives in London, and while I may travel down to visit from time to time, I’m still settling into a routine so I’m not fully sure how often I’ll be away. They may also stay over occasionally, but this would always be discussed in advance.

I’m respectful of shared spaces, reliable with bills, and looking for somewhere I can settle into long-term.
