Looking for a flatmate (August 2026)

Thought I’d preemptively put out one of these posts to look for a new flatmate for this coming August.
Ideally, I’m looking to find a place in the city centre or salford, walking distance from Victoria.
A little bit about me: I graduated and moved to Manchester 6 months ago, I work in financial services, I love music, history, and golf, and last but not least, I love travelling - still many spots in manchester that I’m yet to visit.
In terms of what I’m looking for from a flatmate, I think basic decency and manners would suffice lol. As long as you’re hygienic, not too noisy, and we can have a good conversation, we’re good to go!
Budget:
Going to try and really minimize my rental expenses, so looking for 750 + bills for a two bedroom. En-suite is a must have. Happy to push up to 700/800 if need be.
