Clean, quiet Medical Professional seeking room

*About Me:
Hi there! I’m Sawa, a Medical Doctor from Japan, seeking a new career path in the UK. I am arriving in the UK in early March on a YMS visa. My plan is to spend the first 6 months in Leeds to build a solid foundation before I pursue my Master’s degree later this year.

Having lived in a shared house in Japan, I am well-versed in house etiquette and keeping communal spaces spotless. As a professional, I am financially stable and highly reliable with rent and bill payments.

*Reference & Reliability:
As I will move to the UK for the first time, I do not have a local credit history or references. However, once we have had a viewing and are happy to proceed with the tenancy, I am more than happy to present the following documents to provide peace of mind regarding my reliability:

1. A Character Reference from my previous supervisor (Medical Doctor) in Japan.

2. A recent Bank Statement (issued within the last month) proving sufficient funds.

3. An official offer letter for my Master’s degree from a UK university (Screenshot of the confirmation email).

4. My Medical License (English version in PDF format).

*My Lifestyle:
I am a non-smoker and strictly looking for a non-smoking environment. As someone with a medical background, I am very disciplined, organized, and I truly value a clean and calm living environment. I’m currently focusing on preparing for my future studies.

*What I Am Looking for:
I am looking for a quiet and clean room, sharing ideally with female professionals only, in a house with a mature atmosphere, for an initial 3-month period, with a strong possibility of extending it to 6 months if the environment is a good fit.
I’d love to live with considerate, clean, and friendly professionals or postgraduate students. A household with a clear understanding of house etiquette (like cleaning and noise) would be ideal.

*What to Expect Living with Me:
I always clean up immediately after cooking and keep shared areas tidy. I’m a quiet person, especially in the evenings, as I enjoy reading and studying. I value open, honest communication to ensure a harmonious living environment.

*Availability & Viewing:
I will be in Leeds and available for in-person viewings starting from 7th March. Ideally, I am looking to start the tenancy around 26th March, allowing some time for the viewing and referencing process.
In the meantime, I would be very grateful for a brief video call to meet you and see the room virtually in advance. This would help me make a quick decision as I’m looking to secure a place shortly after my arrival.
