Easygoing, clean professional looking for a room

Hi, I’m Joe! I’m 31 and looking for a double room in Bristol.

I work Monday–Friday (9–5) as a chartered accountant and software developer, mostly from home. I’m very clean, easygoing, and socially relaxed. I’m not a party person, but I really value a home that feels friendly and comfortable. I’d happily get involved in board game nights, watching TV shows together, cooking or baking the odd recipe, or heading out for brunch.

I don’t drink or smoke, and I’m often out visiting friends or family in my free time, so weekends tend to be fairly quiet. I’m an avid gym-goer and currently working on my crochet and knitting skills, so there’s a strong chance I might end up making you something 🧶

I’ve lived in Bristol all my life and have a car, so I’m open to most areas, though ideally central Bristol, Clifton, Redland, or Southville. I’m a gay man, so an LGBT-friendly household is important to me. I’m also pescatarian and would be especially happy in a meat-free home, though that’s not a dealbreaker. I absolutely love animals, so would welcome any furry housemates, too.

I’m happy with up to three other housemates, have no preference on gender or age, and can move in at any time. My budget is up to £1,000 per month.
