Easy Going Stress Free Person

Looking to move back to bournemouth after a year away helping my mum get used to living alone. I am 50 year man old non smoker non drinker very clean and private person but likes to be helpful when i can i have a reference of a last landlord ex partner of 8 years and have a deposit i took early retirement due to health issues so i do not work anymore. i do have a 9 year old indoor cat called Stella who i need to be re homed with myself. I dont mind sharing a kitchen but want a shower and toilet of my own obviously Stella will be bringing hers along so she's all sorted
