Professional looking for room or buddy up

Looking for a room in south manchester, ideally in a 2–3 bed house or flat shared with mature students or working professionals.

I'm a design engineer working full time on a hybrid basis so I'm home 2–3 days a week. I keep things quiet, most of my time at home is spent doing drawing and CAD work from my room, where I'll be setting up a desk so shouldn't impact the rest of the house.

Outside of work I like to keep active, hiking, climbing, running, the gym and gigs but also like a film night or a board game. Would be nice to share those hobbies with someone but would also respect personal space! Defo more of a peaceful night in than party type of person and would enjoy chats over meals or a cuppa these days.

I drive so would need somewhere to park :)
