Looking for flat/houseshare in South London

hey! i'm luc :) i'm looking for a new place somewhere central to south london (ideally lambeth or southwark)

I currently work in a cafe full time, and I'm also a freelance photographer and designer. I'm a respectful person to live with - i always clean up after myself! so i'm looking for somewhere with other folks that like to keep things mostly tidy and clean. I'm queer so would like to live with some fellow lgbt+ ppl, or at least ppl friendly to that. due to working at the cafe and frequently shooting live music events i can come and go pretty early and late, but i'm a very quiet person. I mostly keep to myself but i'm always up for a little chat in the kitchen etc.

as for stuff about what i'm looking for, my budget is ideally 700/month or under, but I'll stretch to 800 for the right place! I have to be out of my current place by the 23rd of September so ideal move in is anytime between the 23rd of August and then. I don't mind what size the room is, but i need to be able to shove a small desk and chair in there somewhere :)
