Working Professional Looking for a Room

Hi,

I’m a full-time working professional looking for a clean, well-maintained room in a quiet and friendly household.
I work Monday to Friday and generally keep a regular routine during the week.

I’m tidy, respectful, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces and other people’s routines. I’m looking for a comfortable home environment where everyone can enjoy their own space while maintaining a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

I’m sociable and easy-going, but also independent and appreciate a calm home. I’m not a big party person and would ideally prefer to live with other working professionals who are similarly clean, considerate, and respectful.

I’m reliable with rent, take good care of the property, and can provide references if required. I’m flexible with viewings and looking to move in soon.
