Barista looking for a calm, clean en-suite room

My name is Rina. I am a Japanese woman in my 20s. currently living on a Youth Mobility Scheme visa.
My visa expires in 01/2028, so I plan to stay in UK for two years from now.

I am currently employed as a barista.

My budget is around £650 per month, ideally including all bills.
I would prefer not to exceed this budget, but I am open to discussing if the room is a great fit.

I am looking to move as soon as possible.

I am a non-smoker, clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful. I really value a peaceful and clean living environment.

Preferences (not strict requirements):
• Bills included (heating, gas, Wi-Fi, council tax)
• Private bathroom
• A location close to a station or on a main road (for safety)
• Flexible contract terms

Also, I eat all types of meat, so I would prefer a household that is comfortable with that.
