My name is Rina. I'm a 23 Japanese woman currently living in London on a Youth Mobility Scheme visa.
My visa expires in 01/2028, so I plan to stay in London for two years from now.

I am currently employed as a barista in London and have a stable income.

My budget is around £750 per month, ideally including all bills.
I would prefer not to exceed this budget, but I am open to discussing if the room is a great fit.

I am looking to move as soon as possible. I can leave my current accommodation with one week’s notice, so I can move within a week.

As I am looking for a place close to my workplace, areas around Kensington and Chelsea would be ideal.

I am a non-smoker, clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful. I really value a peaceful and clean living environment.

I am hoping to find a stable place and would like to stay for at least six months if everything goes well.

Preferences (not strict requirements):
• Bills included (heating, gas, Wi-Fi, council tax)
• Private bathroom (if possible)
• A location close to a station or on a main road (for safety)
• Flexible contract terms

Also, I eat all types of meat, so I would prefer a household that is comfortable with that.
