24yo female looking for room

My name is Maggie and I’m moving from Melbourne to London in early April and looking for a room in a friendly share house.
I will be working at Regent's University so Western/Northern Suburbs would be preferred.
I would ideally love a home with friendly housemates that are keen to grab a wine or pint but also respectful of personal space.
I am also hoping to send my 3yo border collie over once I've settled in a bit, so pets considered would be great!

About me:
I work in event management, specialising in end-to-end delivery of conferences, functions and large-scale events and have secured a job at Regent's University doing this. Basically, I’m organised, reliable, and very good at keeping things running smoothly!

I’m a social, easygoing person who loves:
    •    Long walks & hikes
    •    Making new friends
    •    Travel
•  Live theatre
•  Good ol' costume party
    •    Spending time with housemates (movie nights / chats / occasional bevvy)
…while also totally respecting personal space and busy schedules.

About Marty:
I'll be joined eventually by my beautiful Border Collie; genuinely the cutest, calmest, most placid and people-loving dog you’ll ever meet.
He’s:
    •    Extremely well-behaved
    •    House trained
    •    Quiet
    •    Great with people
    •    Loves a cuddle but is also happy doing his own thing
My current housemates would be more than happy to give him a glowing reference.
