Professional engineer

Hi. Thank you for taking time to read my ad. I am a professional self employed operating in UK and often abroad. I'm looking for a stable place to stay when working in London. London season usually lasts between 5 and 7 months per year according to the actual market. The place will be my base but as said I also work overseas the remaining 5/6 months. I'd like to rent a room for the whole year to have the option to get back to the same place instead of searching for a new place to stay every time I get back to London, unless you'd be happy to discuss kind of a periodical recurring agreement.
The ideal room would be a single room in a not too crowded flat share. The place should have space to park a motorbike at any time and not to be outside M25. Considering I'm not living the room for long time, I'd like to keep my budget as low as possible, therefore not looking for a specific London area as long as any sort of bike parking spot is close by.
