Professional self employed

Hi, I'm a professional self employed working in the show business and corporate events.
I'm looking for an easy to commute temporary accommodation to get closer to central London where most of the venues I'm working in are located.
I'll be out at the end of June/ beginning of July. Potential renewal in September for 3 more months if of mutual interest
I'm very fussy about cleanliness and hygiene and an en suite room would be preferable. A tidy and clean shared environment will be also considered.
Also less crowded properties would be preferred.
Calm and relaxed atmosphere, definitely not for party homes.
Friendly and sociable and very respectful of others, I'm a very open minded person.
I do vaping sometimes but never inside the premises. I don't mind smokers, happy to live with as long as my room isn't involved.
Pescatarian, I don't have or cook meat.
