Seeking 1-2 people to buddy up for a house lease

My dream home involves communal living, with respect for time alone too. I don’t drink, and don’t mind if others do, but I’m not keen for a party house, I’m 42 and focused on community and connection these days. I like sharing house tasks, occasional meals, and maybe even growing some food together? Open to all walks of life, seeking people who feel the same <3

I’m currently on health-related benefits and working part time in holistic healing, so I would need a space to do infrequent treatments from home - very open to sharing my gifts as part of my contribution to the household! Most of my work is online though, and I only do a few hours a week right now, though I am planning to increase this a bit once I’m moved and settled.

Ideally seeking a home with a garden, a wood burning stove or fire, and a bath is a must, I’m hypermobile and salt baths are part of my management plan. Happy to have these at times when no one else is home though ;)

Generally seeking people with self-awareness, good boundaries and the ability to communicate as necessary, offering the same myself. Compassion is at the core of my world view, seeking the same in housemates and life in general.

I’m open to all areas around NI really, somewhere convenient but not in a very built up area, ideally within relatively close distance to a major supermarket for now (10-15 minute drive), and with green spaces, mountains or water nearby. I currently have a car and am keen for communal trips for errands and adventures!
