I am a 39-year-old full-time professional in permanent employment, looking for a self-contained studio or one-bedroom apartment in Ashford, New Romney, Hythe, Folkestone, Dover, Canterbury, Chatham, Maidstone or the surrounding areas. My workplace is based in TN29, so I am looking for accommodation with a reasonable commute.

I am a quiet, clean, respectful and responsible tenant with a stable income and I take pride in maintaining my home, always pay my rent on time, have no pets, do not smoke, and can provide a working guarantor if required. I am seeking a long-term tenancy where I can settle and would be delighted to arrange a viewing of any suitable property.
