About Me

I am a Duke University Master’s graduate and a former Senior Finance professional with 15 years of experience in London’s global media and finance sectors. I recently pivoted from the corporate world to follow a more authentic path as founder of a boutique luxury wellness service and a writer. I have an adorable, gentle and friendly toy cavapoo dog, Leo.

For the past year, I’ve been on a "creative residency" across U. K. and London, living in various neighbourhoods to inform my writing and ground my wellness practice. I am now looking for a stable base for the next 2–3 months before I move into my long-term place.
