Large ensuite for 28yo single professional, garden
Hi, I’m Julia, 28, working full-time and currently looking for a new long-term home.
Ideally I’m looking for a spacious room in a house with direct access to a garden, and if possible an en-suite or private bathroom. Being close to a station would be great, but I’m flexible on location for the right place.
I have two lovely indoor cats. They stay in my room and only go into the garden, never the rest of the house. They’re calm and used to house shares.
I work full-time, have stable income and can provide references. I’m tidy, respectful and really value a peaceful home environment. I’m also happy to discuss additional pet arrangements (eg moving in with my own furniture or addition a couple hundred to the deposit).
