Room or buddy up wanted central Derbyshire

Hi I'm Frankie, I'm looking for either a room or housemate to share a place with. Currently living in Long Eaton but looking to move closer to work (central Derbyshire). I work full time for a wildlife charity and love the outdoors. I own a medium sized female dog (Flat Coated Retriever), she's very well behaved, friendly and gets on with dogs and cats. Depending on location, I may be looking to have her walked by a professional dog walker which would involve her being collected and dropped off 1-2 days a week while I'm at work. I enjoy walking my dog, reading, drinking tea and spending time on my own. I'm very clean and tidy and would appreciate the same qualities in a housemate. I'm looking for long term accommodation.
