Seeking Studio/ Flat Share- Surrey

Hi! Ive recently relocated back to Surrey for work after a couple of years away caring for a family member- i am looking for a studio, 1‑bed flat, or potentially a double with a ensuite .

I'm looking to purchase my own property so just need somewhere I van get my head down and focus on saving for the next couple of years.

About Me
- Full‑time working professional (Monday–Friday) generally 5 days office based (I work in HR/ recruitment consultancy)

- looking for somewhere calm, comfortable, and well‑connected

What I’m Looking For
- close to transport links/ train station
- Studio / 1‑bed OR a flatshare with like‑minded professionals (double with En suite and own entrance if possible)
- Ideally furnished, but open to options

I work hard so generally office gym and relax In the evenings. Weekends I'm away a fair bit. I'm looking for somewhere peaceful and Tidy to unwind.

Also open to buddy ups for people in a similar situation.

Double with bathroom I will pay up to £900 - for a studio £1400 inclusive of bills.
