I'm a clean, organized mature woman with 1 small older dog. We are both looking for a room to rent within a house, must have a garden. I am either looking to stay for weekends till I vacate where I live now for long term
I am a non smoker, not into loud parties. I do like cooking, cleaning, watch tv/dvds and diy/decorating.
I would prefer to share with mature male or female who except rent being paid by benefits monthly. I can pay two months rent in advance with pet fee if required.
I am currently renting a flat, I am looking to move out within the next two months from July.. References are available upon request.
