Looking for Ensuite Room or Studio – Clean & Quiet Tenant

I’m currently looking for a clean, comfortable ensuite room or studio to move into as soon as possible (from the end of this month/start of next).

I’m a responsible, tidy, and respectful person who values a clean and peaceful living environment. Hygiene is very important to me, so I’m specifically looking for a place where cleanliness is maintained and shared spaces (if any) are well looked after.

What I’m looking for:

- Ensuite room or self-contained studio
- Clean bathroom and kitchen facilities
- Quiet and respectful household (if shared)
- Space for a small desk/work area
